Rules and Regulations

1. यदि किसी छात्रा को कोई बीमारी है तो उसकी सूचना प्रवेश के समय कक्षाध्यापिका को अवश्य दें एवं ऐसा फोन नम्बर दे जो हर समय एक्टिव रहता हो।
   If any student has any health problem, her parents must inform the class teacher at the time of admission and give such a phone number which remains active all the time.

2. छात्रायें निर्धारित समय से 5 मिनट पूर्व विद्यालय आयेंगी।
   Students will come to school 5 minutes before the scheduled time.

3. छात्रायें आपस में लड़ाई नहीं करेंगी किसी के लिए भी अपशब्दों का प्रयोग नहीं करेंगी। यदि परेशानी है तो अपनी कक्षाध्यापिका से सम्पर्क करेंगी।
   Students will not fight with each other and will not use abusive words for anyone. If there is any problem, then they will contact their class teacher.

4. हेयर स्टाईल में केवल दो चोटी की अनुमति है, लिपस्टिक, बिंदी टीका आदि नहीं लगाएगी। केवल काले हेयरबैंड, रबरबैंड, क्लिप की अनुमति है, रंगीन और सजावटी बाल सामान की सख्त मनाही है।
   In hairstyle only two braids are allowed or tying puff, lipstick, bindi tika etc is strickly prohibited. Use of only black hairband, rubberband, clip is allowed colourful and decorative hair accessories is strickly prohibited.

5. विद्यार्थी अपनी कक्षाओं के अनुसार निर्धारित यूनिफार्म का प्रयोग करेंगे। माता-पिता से अनुरोध है कि वे संबंधित कक्षा अध्यापिका के साथ वर्दी की पुष्टि करें।
   Students will used the prescribed uniform according to their classes. Parents are requested to confirm uniform with the respective class teacher.

6. छात्रा का कुर्ता घुटने तक का होना चाहिए तथा सलवार की लम्बाई एडी तक और मोहरी छोटी होनी चाहिए।
   The kurta of the uniform should be knee-length and the length of the salwar should be up to the heel and the mohri should be small.

7. विद्यालय परिसर में गुटखा, पान, तम्बाकू आदि चीजों का सेवन करना निषेध हैं।
   Consumption of gutkha, paan, tobacco etc. is prohibited in the school premises.

8. छात्रा के नाखून कटे हुए तथा साफ होने चाहिए तथा तीज, रक्षाबन्धन और भाईदूज आदि त्यौहार के अलावा मेंहदी लगाना सख्त मना हैं।
   The nails of the student should be triming and clean and it is strictly forbidden to apply henna except on Teej, Rakshabandhan and Bhai Dooj.

9. अभिभावकों से अनुरोध है कि शैक्षणिक सत्र में अपनी पुत्री की शिक्षा में उन्नति जानने हेतू सभी PTM में अवश्य आए।
   Parents are requested to come to all PTM held during the academic session to know the progress of their ward studies.

10. सभी अभिभावकों को यह सलाह दी जाती हैं कि स्कूल के बाद उनकी पुत्री विद्यालय के बाहर न घूमें या अपनी किसी साथी छात्रा के घर न जाएं सीधे अपने घर जाएं।
    It is advised to all the parents that after school, their daughter should not roam outside the school or go to any of her fellow students' house, she should go straight to her home.

11. आपातकालीन स्थिति में छात्राओं को घर ले जाने की अनुमति केवल उन्हीं अभिभावकों को दी जाएगी जिनकी फोटो प्रवेश पत्र में चिपकाई गई हैं।
    In case of emergency to take students home parent’s / guardian’s or whose photo has been given at the time of admission will only be allowed to take the student.

12. छात्रायें अपना लंच, पानी की बोतल विद्यालय में आते समय साथ लाएंगी । विद्यालय समय में यदि कोई अभिभावक लंच बाक्स, पानी की बोतल लाते है तो वह छात्रा को नहीं दिया जाएगा।
    Students will bring their own lunch, water bottle while coming to school. Lunch box, water bottle sent in between timing school, will not be given to the student.

13. छात्रायें मोबाइल लेकर विद्यालय नहीं आयेंगी।
    Students will not bring mobile.

14. कोई भी छात्रा किसी विद्यालय स्टाफ की , अन्य छात्रा या अपनी फोटो स्कूल यूनिफार्म में सोशल मीडिया पर पोस्ट नहीं करेंगी।
    No students will post photo of any other student, the school staff or her photo in school uniform on social media.

15. छात्रायें विद्यालय से बाहर नहीं घूमेंगी। विद्यालय समय में छात्राओं को किसी अन्य व्यक्ति से मिलने की अनुमति नहीं होगीं।
    Students will not roam outside the school. Students will not be allowed to meet any other person during school hour.

16. छुट्टी लेने पर अभिभावक अपने हस्ताक्षर युक्त प्रार्थना- पत्र विद्यालय में जमा करेंगें। अस्वस्थ होने के कारण यदि छात्रा दो दिन से अधिक का अवकाश लेती है तो डाॅक्टर द्वारा बनाया गया मेडिकल/ दवाई के पर्चे की फोटो कापी प्रार्थना- पत्र के साथ विद्यालय में जमा करनी होगी।
    On taking leave, the parents will submit the application with their signatures. If student takes leave for more than two days due to illness, her parents will have to submit a photocopy of the medical/medicine prescription made by doctor along with the application.

17. अनुशासनहीनता के आधार पर छात्रा का नाम काटा जा सकता है, जिसके लिए छात्रा व उसके अभिभावक स्वयं जिम्मेदार होगें।
    Name of the student can be struck off on the basis of indiscipline, for which the student and her parents themselves will be responsible.
